The TOWNER V.BLOCK, by itself, is designed to accommodate Les Paul Jr type guitar bodies with wraparound stop tailpiece bridge.
TOWNER V.BLOCK, is designed for the BIGSBY B3 and BIGSBY B7 vibrato tailpieces ONLY.
The TOWNER V.BLOCK is designed set the BIGSBY spring cup back 1/2 inch from butting up against the bridge post or stop tailpiece stud.
It also creates the necessary distance for the BIGSBY to fit on the shorter guitar bodies.
The TOWNER V.BLOCK System works best with LES PAUL or short type guitar bodies to mount a BIGSBY B3 vibrato tailpiece.
