This addition to the T5z Classic family highlights a visually stunning top wood that brings a new level of aesthetic beauty to our hybrid hollowbody guitars. Blackheart sassafras lends a striking, naturally variegated look atop this T5z model, with striping and grain accentuated by a dark edgeburst finish treatment that covers the entire body. Musically, this guitar boasts a three-pickup configuration consisting of two humbuckers and an acoustic body sensor, with a five-way switch that allows you to shape your tone across both the acoustic and electric end of the spectrum. Appointments for this model aim to showcase the natural traits of blackheart sassafras, with an unbound body and a pair of F-holes accentuated by Small Diamond fretboard inlays in Italian acrylic, satin black tuners and a satin finish. It ships with a Taylor deluxe hardshell case.
